USA Stars Academy offers youth soccer training that includes a Grassroots soccer program, competitive (comp) soccer, Futsal, goalie training, strength and conditioning, and team tryouts. Players participate in NorCal Premier League play, State Cup play, ODP/PDP programs, and a College ID Program.

• Ages: 5–18 years old
• Schedule: Training sessions run one hour to one hour 30 minutes, twice a week, with training hours available Monday–Sunday from 4–9PM. Tryout dates for the 2023/2024 season are U8–U14 from Monday May 13th to Wednesday May 15th, 2024, and U15–U19 from Monday May 20th to Wednesday May 22nd, 2024.
• Price: 2025/2026 U8–U10: $185 monthly training dues, $300 approximate league/tournament annual cost (18+ games), $300 annual registration fee, $325 uniform kit. 2025/2026 U11/U12: $215 monthly training dues, $400 approximate league/tournament annual cost (25+ games), $300 annual registration fee, $325 uniform kit. 2025/2026 U13–U17: $250 monthly training dues, $500 approximate league/tournament annual cost (30+ games), $300 annual registration fee, $325 uniform kit.

USA Stars Academy was established in 2012 and operates as a nonprofit, tax-exempt organization under 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue code. It is a nonprofit, competitive soccer training organization based in El Dorado County that serves all ages, levels, and abilities throughout the year in El Dorado County and surrounding areas, with approximately 200 players varying in age and skill level. The club offers a Grassroots low-competition program focusing on soccer basics for ages 5–8, a Grassroots program inclusive to all commitment levels for youth players ages 5–10, an U8 Soccer Academy, and comp soccer advanced programs for ages 8 and up. Specialized programs include strength and conditioning, Futsal, goalie training, and a cross-collaboration program that includes position-specific training, strength and conditioning, Futsal, and goalie training.

The leadership team includes Aj Utush as Director/Girls Coach and Rashid Utush as Director/Boys Coach. All training is conducted by professional coaches and trainers who have played professionally in Europe, MLS, National Team environments, as well as at the collegiate level, and coaches have played, trained, and coached professionally across the USA, Canada, and Europe with experience in MLS, European leagues, and universities. The program uses a player-first approach with a carefully crafted custom curriculum that builds each year, and this curriculum consistently produces ODP/PDP players. The College ID Program has led to early commitment offers such as UCLA, UCSB, and San Diego State.

USA Stars Academy states a mission as a professional soccer club that trains and develops youth soccer players to reach their potential on and off the pitch, with a goal to challenge and train all players to be their best and develop their skills as far as they want to go, and to develop players to their full potential on and off the soccer pitch. The organization is run by volunteers who have professional experience and passion for soccer and is focused on providing players with opportunities to compete regardless of income level. USA Stars Academy is based in El Dorado County but also serves surrounding communities, gives back to the community through its Grassroots program, and welcomes sponsors and donations as part of its ongoing operating structure and commitment to youth health and wellness. Aj Utush describes his favorite part of being a girls soccer coach as teaching kids to reach for their dreams and goals and views soccer development as teaching life lessons through sport, noting that coaches at USA Stars focus on every aspect of soccer development with an advanced and proven methodology. Rashid Utush explains that he progressed from youth club soccer to playing professionally overseas in a first division club in Europe and that he takes the process of development seriously, aiming for complete development to promote passion, commitment, and hard work.
